StayKeasy operates two connected sets of surfaces. For travelers, StayKeasy is a marketplace that connects you ("Travelers") with independent businesses and providers ("Partners") offering local experiences and services. Unless stated otherwise, StayKeasy is not a provider of the services you book; your booking is a direct agreement between you and the Partner.

For businesses, StayKeasy also offers the Guest Agent Platform ("GAP"), a set of tools that let a business (a "Business" or "Workspace Owner") configure an AI-powered guest agent, connect it to channels such as their website widget and WhatsApp, and manage guest conversations, leads, and bookings. These Terms apply to both sets of surfaces; some sections apply specifically to Travelers and some specifically to Businesses, as noted.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use StayKeasy.
• For alcohol-related or other age-restricted services, you must meet the legal age in the location where the service is provided (e.g., legal drinking age). Partners may request a valid ID and may refuse service if you are underage or appear intoxicated, without refund.
• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws applicable to your activities and bookings.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
• Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• If you create or are added to a Guest Agent Platform Workspace, the Workspace Owner is responsible for managing who has access to that Workspace and at what permission level.

• Payments are processed by third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). By booking, you authorize charges to your selected payment method for amounts shown at checkout, including deposits, taxes, and any applicable fees.
• Some services may require a deposit. Remaining balances (if any) are due as described at checkout.
• Cancellation, changes, and refund terms are defined by each Partner and displayed before you confirm a booking. Service fees charged by StayKeasy (if any) may be non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Prices may be shown or charged in specific currencies. Any currency conversion or related charges are your responsibility.
• Guest Agent Platform subscriptions and other business billing are processed by Stripe and described at checkout or in your billing settings. The same authorization, currency, and refund principles in this section apply.

If you are a Business using the Guest Agent Platform, you are responsible for the content, services, prices, policies, and business knowledge you configure or upload, and for the accuracy of any information your AI agent uses to answer guests. You are also responsible for your own communications with guests, including how you follow up on leads and conversations your AI agent starts on your behalf.

StayKeasy's AI agents are designed to help, not to replace your judgment. They generate responses based on the information you provide and the conversation context, and may occasionally produce answers that are incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for your own review of important booking, pricing, legal, medical, or safety-related information. StayKeasy is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated content.

Businesses must not use the Guest Agent Platform or its AI agents for unlawful purposes, to mislead guests, or to share content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the policies of any connected channel, including Meta/WhatsApp.

Businesses must not remove, hide, or contradict any AI-agent identification provided by StayKeasy when embedding or connecting a Guest Agent Platform channel.

Businesses may connect a WhatsApp Business Account to the Guest Agent Platform through Meta's Embedded Signup. When you do, your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message guests on WhatsApp and for complying with WhatsApp's messaging windows, opt-in, and content rules.

StayKeasy is not responsible for actions Meta or WhatsApp takes on your WhatsApp Business Account, including suspension or restriction of messaging capabilities, and connecting a channel does not guarantee uninterrupted message delivery.

• Be respectful, follow Partner instructions and local laws, and avoid unsafe or disruptive behavior.
• You are responsible for any damage or extra costs caused by you during a service.
• For alcohol‑related services, drink responsibly and never drive under the influence.

Use in‑app messaging for booking‑related communication only. Harassment, spam, and illegal content are prohibited. If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant StayKeasy a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the app and services. You represent you own or have rights to the content you share.

If you are a Business, knowledge sources, service descriptions, policies, and other content you upload to configure your AI agent are used to power your agent's responses to guests. Conversations between your AI agent and guests are stored so you can review them, follow up, and maintain continuity of service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

• With your permission, the app may use your device location to show relevant services and features. You can disable location sharing in device settings, though some features may not function.
• We may send transactional and service notifications. You can manage notification preferences in settings.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information across the StayKeasy app, marketplace, Guest Agent Platform, website widget, and WhatsApp channel.

• StayKeasy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the availability, quality, legality, or fitness of Partner services, nor the accuracy of AI-generated content (see Section 5).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayKeasy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any acts or omissions of Partners or other users.
• If we are found liable, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of (a) EUR 100 or (b) the amounts you paid to StayKeasy for the booking or subscription giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayKeasy, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of law or third‑party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access, including a Guest Agent Platform Workspace, if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in harmful activity. You may stop using StayKeasy, or request closure of a Workspace, at any time; see our Data Deletion page for how Workspace closure and data deletion work. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Courts of Milan, Italy will have non‑exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may grant you the right to bring claims in your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
